Your Assignment

  • Full P&L responsibility for the Nordics region.
  • Development and execution of regional sales & marketing strategy.
  • Leadership and development of the local sales and marketing team.
  • Expansion of key accounts and acquisition of new customers.
  • Management of complex B2B sales cycles and contract negotiations.
  • Definition and execution of marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Market development across industrial and technology-driven sectors.
  • Forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Your Profile

  • Ideally University degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in technical or industrial environments.
  • Proven leadership experience at senior management level.
  • Strong track record in driving growth and building organizations.
  • Experience in international matrix organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Nordic markets is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English and one Nordic language are required.
