Our client is one of the leading German manufacturers of sensors and control devices for building automation and is internationally established as a full-service provider. With in-house research, development and production, the company offers control systems for time, lighting, climate and motion, as well as accessories, sensors, modules and remote controls via a three-tier distribution model to dealers, processors, installers and developers. The company is regarded as highly innovative, professional, premium-quality and reliable, and is a pioneer in specific market segments.
As part of a succession due to retirement and the simultaneous expansion of international markets, we are seeking a junior executive for international sales. The focus of this role is on taking responsibility for and expanding the sales structures in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Africa.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Support of the company’s own sales subsidiaries and trading partners in the region.
- Market analysis and monitoring, including the definition and implementation of the sales strategy.
- Development and responsibility for budget and sales targets.
- On-site presentation of the company, its products and its capabilities.
- Acting as an interface between the responsible parties in each country and stakeholders within the company.
- Further development of sales and distribution within the region.
- Responsibility for sales development both at headquarters and in the respective countries.
- Personal travel activity of at least 50% plus on-site presence at the headquarters in southern Germany.
- Close collaboration and preparation for succession to the overall sales responsibility.
Ihr Profil
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration and/or engineering (industrial engineering, electrical engineering, etc.).
- You already know what DALI, KNX, EIB, BUS, EVG, etc. are.
- You have initial experience in leading sales staff.
- You are highly mobile, willing to travel internationally and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Business-fluent German and English, along with a high level of intercultural competence.
- You are a doer, a team player, an entrepreneur and a conqueror.
- You already have sales experience in parts of the defined foreign markets.
- Ideally, you live in the triangle between Munich, Stuttgart and Lake Constance, or are willing to relocate.
