International Sales Consultant (m/f/x) – advisory and sales of specialised recruitment consulting services
Ihre Aufgaben
- Engage, advise and provide sustainable support to our clients outside the D/A/CH region.
- Acquire recruitment projects to ensure our recruitment consultants are supplied with new and follow-up assignments.
- Manage existing clients and acquire new companies.
- Take responsibility for clients in Scandinavia, Benelux and the UK.
- Target companies and contacts are already known.
- Sales and initial consultation are conducted by telephone and Teams.
- Schedule on-site consultation appointments with companies.
Ihr Profil
You have successfully completed a technical/business studies degree or a technical/commercial qualification and have a strong interest in sales and recruitment.
You must have B2B sales experience in demanding services, including telephone, video calls and in-person meetings with clients on-site. You are also acquisition-focused, success-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Near-native English skills and good German proficiency are essential, as well as a valid driving licence (Class B).
You can expect a salary based on the applicable collective agreement, which will reflect your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience in line with the collective agreement classification. The annual target salary is between €45,000 and €65,000.
