Our client is a globally active deep-tech SaaS start-up in Berlin Mitte that is developing a low-code platform in the field of data streaming. Already with the first version of the product, world-renowned companies, such as DHL, Tesla, Apple, SAP and E&Y were able be won as customers. To support the exceptionally competent and committed team, we are looking for a:

Business Development Specialist (m/f/d) deep-tech SaaS start-up in Berlin

Ihre Aufgabe

Your Tasks

 Working partly in the new headquarters in Berlin Mitte and partly in your home office:

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving.
  • Strategy development and implementation.
  • Qualifying and converting inbound leads into new customers.
  • Nurturing of the existing large pool of Freemium users and converting them into paying users.
  • Do Market Research, attend conferences to identify relevant prospects and their needs in relevant industries and markets.
  • Identify relevant decision makers, buying personas, their priorities and challenges.
  • Marketing, with the aim to drive additional qualified pipelines.
  • Establish active communication and building a trusted relationship with potential buyers.
  • Organizing Product-Demo appointments and meeting for the Solution Architects.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.
  • Dealing with CRM, content management systems, Sales Navigator and e-mail campaigns.

Ihr Profil

Your Profile / Your Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or an adequate apprenticeship or have many years of experience in the industry and in sales.
  • You have strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • You have very good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • You are a sales personality with a pioneering spirit and have a hunter and hands-on mentality.
  • You have knowledge of SaaS and / or have professional experience with data streaming or low-code platforms.
  • You have a never say no attitude and a No from a prospect is just motivation for you to do better.
