Our client is an internationally established manufacturer of sensors for path, distance and temperature measurement as well as systems for color and defect detection. Ihre Aufgabe

After a training period of 3-8 months (flexible duration depends on the previous experiences) at the company headquarters in Bavaria, you will move to Stockholm in the long term and will be part of a team with five other colleagues and among others you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Sales of the entire product range (industrial measurement technology and sensor technology) with a focus on major projects in the B2B area in Denmark, Norway and Sweden
  • You take care of existing customers and the further expansion of key accounts
  • Order acquisition, tendering and technical consulting
  • Close cooperation and support from the managing director of the Swedish branch (with the perspective to take over his role as site director in the long term)  
  • Travels in the sales area (purposefully sales appointments)
  • Strong exchange with the HQ in Bavaria and trips to the company headquarters every six months

Ihr Profil

In order to optimally fill out the vacancy with our client, you have the following requirements:

  • Completed engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • alternatively a comparable technical training (also technician or master) e.g. Electronics technician, industrial mechanic, mechatronic technician
  • Experience in sales of technical products that require a lot of advice in the B2B area
  • Industry experience (measurement technology / sensor technology) is an advantage, but not a must
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, German optional
  • Willingness to live in Stockholm for the long term

Ideally we are looking for Swedish candidates who are currently living in Germany or Austria and want to go back to their homecountry in the longterm.  The training at the headquarters in Germany will allow those candidates the perfect preparation for the role. Candidates who are currently living in Sweden (or other Scandinavian countries and speak Swedish fluently) and are willing to come to Germany for several months of training are also highly welcome to apply!
