Payment plan for our
All services in the course of a placement are remunerated in three steps at a fixed price. As the placement process progresses, one third of the total fee becomes due in each step.
Phase 1: Project start
Creation of position profile, identification, approach and interview of the first candidates
Phase 2: Selection
Three candidates proposed by salesjob have been in a personal interview with you.
Phase 3: Success
We were able to successfully place a new employee with you.
If less than three of our candidates have been to your interview by the time of the successful placement, the last two instalments are also due with the final invoice.
As the basis of our cooperation, we conclude an individual mandate with you. In it, we regulate all the conditions of our cooperation - fairly and reliably. This way, you and we have all the regulations in writing and no unpleasant surprises await you.
