Your Assignment
- Responsibility for acquiring new customers and strategically expanding existing partnerships within the sales territory (wholesalers and contractors).
- Independent management and continuous development of the sales territory with a high degree of autonomy.
- Active market development through regular visits to distributors, existing customers, and decision-makers, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proactive identification and development of new business opportunities.
- Pricing and conditions management within the defined authority.
- Ongoing analysis of market and competitive developments, including providing insights from trade fairs and industry events.
- Planning and execution of training sessions and events, as well as close cross-functional collaboration with a direct reporting line to the Sales Director Construction International.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training with a strong understanding of economic and/or technical contexts.
- Experience in technical field sales, ideally in the sales of technical or explanation-intensive products.
- Experience in the construction sector as well as in the field of sealants and adhesives is an advantage, combined with a strong understanding of markets and sales structures within the construction industry.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 as well as a structured and independent working style in a home office environment.
- High level of initiative, strong organizational skills, and a confident and persuasive presence in customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Very good written and spoken language skills in French, Flemish, and German.
