Your Assignment
- Overall responsibility for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient, seamless business processes while implementing the defined company strategies.
- Revenue and profit responsibility for the Stockholm branch as well as the markets in Sweden, Finland, and Norway, including planning, controlling, and achieving the agreed sales targets.
- Functional and disciplinary leadership, motivation, and continuous development of employees.
- Representation of the company towards customers, business partners, and other relevant external stakeholders.
- Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the sales division.
- Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of sustainable sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Systematic expansion of new customer acquisition as well as maintenance and development of existing key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial/business education combined with a technical qualification, or a comparable professional background.
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role, ideally in sales management, with demonstrable revenue responsibility.
- Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in an industrial environment such as control cabinets, switchgear, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven success in leading sales teams as well as in developing and implementing sustainable sales strategies.
- Experience working with the Scandinavian market and a strong understanding of its sales structures and business culture.
- Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned markets.
